Aipn's concession becomes even more valuable with news like this. The China deal was announced the latter part of September. Did this cause aipn to raise its asking price with the negotiating JV partnes thus causing the deal to fall through by October 31.

With the two largest concessions taken, other companies from around the world will have to pay even more for the concessions that are left. Yes, there are only so many pieces to this pie and aipn owns the rights to one of them.

Also, I would think the addition of more pipelines can only enhance aipn's position.
