Thanks Karl for the clarification. It looks like the basic financial indicators that make TPRO a short candidate have disappeared. They seem to be taking steps to minimize the effects of the dilution by staying in close touch with the investors holding the remaining shares. These investors seem to have seen the same reason as us to hold on to TPRO for at least the next year.

It appears that 98 should be a good year. Again, I have a great deal of respect for those who've held onto TPRO during a period of relatively hih debt and potential cash flow problems. TPRO really has done a tremedous job of strengthening their books and making themselves as agile as possible to reap in the rewards of their Y2K work as well as the consecutive record growths in their base business.

Thanks again,
JZ

PS I am referring to the ACS shares (1,694,737 remaining) that indicated that they do not desire to register at this time.
