jbn3,

Does not mean that DELL stock will perform well! If it does mean that it will perform well in your opinion, could you please explain the drop in DELL stock price! And if you blame it on the Asian crisis then you'd better get ready for it to go down farther, for the Asian crisis is just beginning and the new year will only show signs of more problems for that part of the world! There is alot more to stock movement over the short term than just the fundamentals of a certain company!

Hank

<<The result will be that when DELL finishes its new building programs, they will have one employee per building producing one machine each per day, and the stock price will reflect an appropriate PE of 1.">>

Because Dell's margins are being squeezed tighter than a skid row junkie's, my information is that the new facilities will forgo electricity for kerosene torch lighting. Of course, this bumps insurance premiums and the PE will fall to 1/2. In the event that there is a bounce back to 1... short this sucker till the sun dont rise. It'll be in the charts. After all, overlooking several large land masses and a few thousand miles of ocean, Columbus's charts to India were basically right. <g>
