Two up days in the sector in a row. Is there light at the end of
the tunnel, or is it just the headlight of an approaching train
ready to flatten us again?

If bw spells bel-wolf, then we will have a win-win situation. You know what? Heroes all have the same view and by the same token, I happen to have positions in all the stocks you have mentioned, GW, MDCO, GLM. New positions, though. I felt sort of lucky entering them now so that I was less shawn.

Somebody seemed to be manipulating MDCO today since whenever it hit 18 3/4 it turned red and that had happened several times. I think the weak hands have pretty much shaken out by the end of the day. It bode well for MDCO for next week since it ended the day on a high note.

GW stands out to be a very strong play here. Good volume on a half day and up 1/8 on price and ask. I think small investors are accumulating this baby since it's been beaten down so bad. I played it a while ago: got in at 5 1/2 (gee,it sounds so remote now, doesn't it?) and got out at 6 3/16. Now my average is sub-5, so already happy like a pig.

Not much to say about GLM, but it doesn't look bad either in that it still maintained its equilibrium. I was watching FGII, DO, RIG, and so on. It seemed to me whatever had much of a run Weds. came down a bit today while the laggards on Weds. came up strong. The way I see it is investors are very intent upon capital preservation and trigger-happy on profit taking. It also demonstrates that this sector, though pent-up in its own way for a homerun, still looks shaky right now. Reasons: year-end selloff, jitters (though unnecessary) about Asia and investors sell in order to look for a better entry point. But the end is near and the bottom can be called before the year is out. I don't think lots are out there who dare to short this sector because they know they are gonna get burned hard. I bet next week is going to be very exciting; once the Asian situation improves (which I have no doubt), the tide is going to lift all the boats and this sector is a supersonic jet. Good luck and stay invested.
