That answers many of the questions I have asked. I sure appreciate the read, Eric. Seems like I am more confused now than I was before I read it, but at least this is in black and white.

Wonder what the conversion rate ended up being on the $1.5 million?
Oilex owns 20% of Oil Retrieval?
Burditt seems to control or own at least 13.1 million shares of Oilex, probably a lot more, as of this article. How many does he still own? Timmins owned 3 million -- I wonder how many he now owns.
Did they actually pony up the $1.5 million for the preferred or was that switched to the debenture deal?
What on earth made Burditt say they would be profitable through out 1997?
