Grumpy you make an important point. As paid members of a site you probably have a different status as a group than those on these free sites .

Since Clyde raised the point perhaps he should send his question to regulators . In addition to the OSC and IIROC he can check with the Quebec regulators .
They seem very active and in the past have intervened in matters relating to bulletin boards
