Investor's Business Daily, Decenber 26, 1996 published a business segment which read...
"Honda to Boost Production, Unveil New Vehicle Models
The car maker plans to boost annual output in North America to 1 million vehicles by 2001 from the current 790,000. To do so, it will build a second assembly line at a Canadian plant. Capacity at two U.S. plants will be raised, as well. Honda also plans a new sports car code-named SSM next fall, a new minivan set for production in Canada, a new Acura and low emission vehicles."
