Moon, what is that small mountain of dirt in the inside of the circle?

Couldn't find anything official, so I'll just speculate :-)
First off, here is what it was supposed to look like when finished:



No mound of dirt shows. Since it is of a slightly darker color, I assume it is the top soil for all trees/plants to come.
But what of the circle in the middle?
Perhaps a helipad?
Perhaps a buried nuke to start WW III?
More likely, just the landing pad for Outer Space visitors.

Moon, lol. I know it's been there all along. I had thought it had something to do with the construction though I have no idea what that might have been other than a huge pile of gravel for making cement. Anyway, now it seems to have some structure to it, sort of terraced. Might it be where all the fruit trees are going to be planted?
