Now you are going to believe Hillary's story of how classification works? How about her email in which she actually instructs an underling to strip and markings from a high security email and send it on a non secure line to her server? We know that was her style because she did it.

It was Hillary's State Department

What difference does it make? Every e-mail should be considered classified unless cleared otherwise. You used to work at IBM that has some of the most draconian confidentiality rules where every internal communication was considered at least IBM confidential and there were numerous higher levels of confidentiality. A holiday schedule might be considered "Internal Use Only" but that was as low as it went. It certainly makes sense to me that our government would hold classifications to such levels. If they don't they should and if they do she should have been rotting in prison long ago.

Being the Secretary of State does in no way imply ownership of any sort. She had no authority to change the classification of any document, email, recording or writing. Department Heads must abide by the same national security rules as their subordinates.
