Gottfried, do you think Friday was a 9-1 upside day?

If it wasn't then there was no signal generated at all. I spend hours each week as many of us do, including you, trying to share information that will help all of us make better informed investment decisions.

And like you I don't get paid a red cent to do it.

But I do it anyway because the discussions we have here allow us to grow as investors and learn new things from our shared experiences.

There are comments on that Mark Hulbert story. They are not all positive either but I don't care about him.

I care about you. I care about everyone who reads this thread. I care that I take the time to post the information at the close of the day that shows whether or not we just had an 8-1 or 9-1 day.

We did not. Again I ask you to look at Friday's data. I implore you to ask yourself was that really a responsible reporting of data when volume on the NYSE was only 60% on the upside? We did not even get a 9-1 advance day for issues traded.

Do not ask me to not complain to you over sharing that information when it is nearly completely false. Am I wrong?

Show me the data that shows Friday was a 9-1 upside day for volume? Otherwise you should go complain in the comments section yourself for posting a link to such nonsense.

Here is the actual data for last Friday again:
