true enough, jackson: this is no surprise. i am convinced
my reaction has more to do with the attempted subterfuge, or
diversionary tactics, if you will.

we know, after all those releases, that IVAX has the resources, just
not the class to immediately address one to precisely this
development. i mean immediately release one, with first person
comment on its impact, and their resulting plans. i know one will follow; it just feels like they are skulking around until the dust settles to respond.

if, as you say, those other applications are truly ready, then i agree
we may yet feel the sun...assuming they get on with the submissions,etc.
