Nanny you must have a great source somewhere on the settlement for I have just received copies out of the court, and two of the three wern't signed until December 24th, just two days before you wrote about it.Seeing that Christmas fell in between, your source must be close to the action. These type of out of court settlements are usually very confidential, so I am curious where the information (speculation?) about the $'s came from. Was it that office you were sitting in chortling about my comments surrounding the Fuji announcements? I will try to post them although they say nothing except the two counts were dismissed with prejudice.
