Got the book "More Windows 95 for Dummies" for Xmas

On pg 208 under "Buying and installing an uninstall program" the author states: "Go to the store and buy anuninstall program, such as Quarterdecks CleanSweep95..."

I do agree that Norton Utilities may be more for the "experienced/veteran" user and RealHelp more for the novice. However, who does the novice turn to for help? (the experienced user/friend from down the street or at work, that's who - e.g. when I got started in PC's in '89 my brother told me about Norton Utilites). Don't look for taking market share away from Symantec. Rather to with the strategy I've been hearing about here - go for the new or inexperienced user who needs help and solutions to problems. Marketing and store display and positive reviews are the key to success and a financial turnaround. I'll be watching and buying more as things unfold in 98...
