Economists disagree with you

They don't, generally as a class. They do have a lot of different opinions and you can find many who do disagree, but they don't generally disagree.

Raising min wage raises the standard for everyone else too

Raising the minimum wage raises costs to employ low productivity employees. The reaction to that is different depending on the circumstances, but includes such thing as employing fewer low productivity employees going forward (less than would have been employed, if not always less that currently are employed, in other words it may be a reduction in growth without a direct cut), and raising prices (which can also lead to less low productivity employees having jobs if it results in lower demand for what they produce).

We went from losing hundreds of thousands of jobs a month to adding hundreds of thousands under obama

We went from being in a recession, to having a recovery. Guess what, every recession we've ever had has been followed by a recovery (even if some are weak like the most recent one). Do you credit a rooster crowing with causing the sun to rise?
