I don't know... I think banks are especially weak now because they were anticipating higher rates and therefore they would make more money on loans with higher rates... but, that bubble was popped in a hurry... not only will the FED not raise rates again, but they'll probably lower them back down and begin another round of QE, just wait and see... idiots, they all belong in prison...
