Energold Drilling (EGD-V) Frederick Davidson President & CEO: There has been limited news concerning EGD over the last three months, however it there no secret that we see this bear market as opportunistic for expansion and acquisitions which we are continually pursuing and there may be some speculation as to that. More directly we had through November and December, which is normally very slow, what appeared to be a fund selling 2.0mm shares against the bid. I believe that certain investors thought the stock was being oversold and in fact caused them to look at the company in total. Combined with a modest recovery in precious metals and energy, and a weakening of stocks on the “big board” there may have been additional interest in the market.
