I really dont know where you get this idea. But if you did research ahead of time , you would see that the 3rd week of febuary is when dell reports earnings. So from past experiences the 2 weeks before earnings are released, people usually bid up the price in anticipation for a good earnings report. I find your assumptions or hypothesis greatly misleading . Im sorry. 60's i dont think so. Maybe low 80's
