Several items should be taken into account before we all go gaga over this new stock. First, Oppenheimer which has initiated favorable coverage was one of three underwriters of this month's IPO of Nanophase. Oppenheimer may be 100 % correct in its analysis, but this still must be considered. Second, the Prospectus says that 70 % of the Company's sales are to one company--Moyco. I'm not exactly sure how substantial a company Moyco is, and the Prospectus describes some events I can't completely analyze regarding Moyco (some litigation, a technology sharing deal with Ashland, etc). Nonetheless, the Company is intriguing, and a pull back next week may create a buying opportunity. Should this company announce additional contracts and report a profit next year (does Oppenheimer project this?), there could certainly be a big run up.

As an addendum to my previous post, there is a MOYCO thread in SI's Medical Devices area. Perhaps someone here has been following the Moyco situation & can fill us in.
