Michael, those picks were from Jeff Cooper's indicators as run through SuperCharts.

AHP was chosen as a short because it fired two sell indicators, an "Expansion Pivot" sell signal and a "whoops" sell signal.

An expansion pivot sell signal is when the stock is trading at or above the 50 day MA and explodes lower.

Because AHP traded up today, a short sale was not made.

AOL up today on low volume, watch out! "don't fight the trend".

Current short positions:

BFPT would be a bad short since they have agreed to merge with WorldCom in a stock exchange deal. The puts looked suspiciously cheap, and the news items confirmed this.
