Tonto:

Thank you for the report. IMO, even more troublesome then your post is that the vocal shareholders on this thread have ignored such reports in the past to their own peril. Perhaps now that the SEC has halted RMIL they won't continue to ignore them. Based on the posts since the halt I'm afraid we're "a voice of one crying in the wilderness" though.

I do not believe the financials are near completion, that only a draft has been completed, and because of a lack of funds, has gone no further.

Are you speculating this or do you have solid information on the status? If you have information, what is your source?

When I spoke to the company, I was advised that they would have to pay $80,000 for the accountants to do the audit. They have not done so as of the 23rd. That implies the financials are far from completed by an independent source.

Please cite your source. I don't think you can assume this "implies the financials are far from completed." It could mean the accountants simply have not yet been paid.

Funding at this time continues to be an unknown. When the company issued the 12/24/97 funds transfered into their account release, I posted to the date because of early bank closings.

You're not clear here - what do you mean "you posted to the date"?? Sorry, just don't get what it is you are trying to say here.

Without comment today, it has heightened. The shareholders are awaiting word, and if it had in fact transfered, they should have advised for your own piece of mind.

Yes, it would have been good to get word today, but if they are closed today for the holiday, that isn't a big surprise or unusual.

With the halt, information could be held for the two days.

What two days?

Sorry, Tonto, but you haven't been clear. Would you clarify? Thanks.
