Hi! Dusty, All the points that you outlined on your previous CVIA posting potentially all have merit! And all could very well be possabilities in the merger process/activites! I know that I'm repeating myself from my last post, but my feeling tells me that the level and stage of merger discussions/negotiations are quite possibily nearing a very critical stage in it's development! As I can only speculate, as to how the above companies may or may not be affiliated , now or at some point in the future, I will refrain from sharing my own speculative thoughts at this point in time, as I personally feel that there is currently a lot of investment dollars riding on the potential outcome of the merger process! Therefore I personally feel for me to make any additional guesses as to what may or may not be in the future, regarding the CVIA merger process, is at this time too much of a sensitive or delicate/fragile issue, with to much at stake on the outcome for me to risk, my CVIA investment, as well as other CVIA Shareholders investments to venture a guess at this time! In other words, my gut feeling tells me we are real close to a deal! And I don't want to say anything that could "mess" things up for us shareholders, by accidentally publically guessing the outcome,that is supposed to be kept within the confines of a "Non Disclosure Agreement!". I believe that there is a time to know and request information from a company! And there are also times when the Shareholders should provide Comapany Management a little space/time to get the job done! The "JOB!" that all Shareholders want Management to get done! I'm moving my self to the sidelines, until at least we hear another CVIA update or press release, or until the need/situation necessitates it! The rest of the thread participants should feel free to do as you each deem appropriate! I'm just stating my own personal view and opinion! At Best! I believe that the negotiations are at a very sensitive and critical stage! (And I for one , do not want to fool myself into believing that everything will be "super duper!".---Anything can happen! people can change their minds! There can be a disagreement on a number of issues that can change the direction and timeliness of the merger outcome!) My hunch is also that we are being closely scrutinized! The more the merger discussions develope and move forward, the more players come into play! ( When I say that we are scrutenized! I don't mean in a negative or unfavourable way! I just mean that I feel all interested parties are more intense in their research, Due Diligence, and opinions!) Both the Sareholders of all potential affiliates, and Management! I don't even know if any of this made any sense! I imagine that I'll find out quite soon! Dusty! I tend to agree with you that ladies are good at that sort of thing! ( I have many ladies in my family!) Everyone has worked very hard for their money! Never lose sight of that ! Do whatever you need to do, that is right for! And please do not make any investment decision based on someone else's opinion or recommendation! What I am doing is right for me! And only me! And I am prepared to accept the consequences! Bad!
