The question for me is, after that execrable call ... ... whether Carolina will implode or not. There was this other time, when these same Denver Broncos, albeit quarterbacked by horseface then, went up 10-0 on another team, quarterbacked by another black quarterback, and the result was similar to what might still be. If the Panthers can avoid implosion. Yes, the NFL wants Peyton to go out a winner. And a defense as good as Denver's is tough to beat. Especially if Jonathan Stewart stays out. But it can be, and has, been done. Or maybe I'm just dreaming again.
