I don't know which was true in his case and you don't, either. Maybe when some of the historical data which have been shrouded in secrecy the last 10 years comes out, we'll find out the facts. My personal belief is that there is a 10-25% chance he did not meet the Constitution's requirements. I don't know what evidence you think supports his claim.
