LOL!!

It was a class action....moron. All the AGs got in on it. In NH robosigning was alleged to be an issue in suits brought by defaulting homeowners alleging the mortgages were not properly titled.

Show me where it says in that statute anything needs to be recorded or where the statute requires a court to be involved in a foreclosure.
