My take from the comments from Crystal Greenfield is that the persona behind the alias is, in fact, Donald Rumsfeld. They both make the same sense using the same logic. That would explain why CCB is targeting the strategic ICBM market (Intercontinental Ballistic Marble).

Clear, I think we have to give NC a little bit of leeway. He does get confused from time to time. Its difficult keeping the multiple personalities in check especially when NC calls Bruce when Bruce is driving in his truck. This would mean that Bruce has one hand off the wheel answering the call and NC has the other hand off the wheel to make the call. Students study this technique in grade 12 but Bruce only got to grade 10.
