I stopped by the Federal CourtHouse late Wednesday. No hearing date has been set for SEC request to lift the bankruptcy judge's injunction against passing proprietary info to Suncor and Syncrude. Probably isn't going the way either wants. SEC requested expidited hearing, had one rejected for wrong format and no hearing 4 months later. Solv still spending time and money defending itself.

I don't get it, what value would foreign-based competitors opinion be in a proceeding against the folks at Solv anyway? If they are being so "helpful" why not just sign confidentiality agreement, Koch did. What opinion could these folks have on minerals recovery, they don't do any. Why not gets a confidential independent analysis? SEC is not barred from that.

Mike: your timing was supurb...Regardless of what one thinks of the company, that you are in the money long at all, much less nearly double, is an amazing and very rare occurance in this stock over the past 9 months or so. Congrats....hope you got lots of it and have pocketed at least some of the profits.....I still don't like the company but am glad you are either making something or making back some of the losses.

Still watching, almost silently.....
