Wall St. doesn't believe in them because they have not delivered in the past.Management is solid with 11% ownership.In the next few weeks you will see buying from a few institutions that know that a gigantic contract is coming early in the year.Once this contract comes out and they show Wall St.that they will earn more than $1 per share in '98 the stock will hit $10-12.The contracts coming out don't require any funding by IDM;IDM's partners(multi-billion $ companies)take care of it.
