no I was just speculating, just heard form him again, just now, interesting comments : – Apricus’ re-acquisition of the US rights has realigned the development priorities. It used to be start commercialization in new EU countries and complete RTD product development/get it approved. Now it’s US approval + bring new EU/South American countries online and then RTD. Matt From Jan. he said: Ongoing, no issues with RTD: As per Nov 5 PR: “Continue to generate the required data to support regulatory submission(s) in 2016 for the refrigerated and room temperature delivery devices.” As per today’s PR: “Apricus expects to obtain European approval for one or more variations to the approved Vitaros product with the goal of enhancing the profile of Vitaros;”
