That was a well put and successful (in my case) argument against buying this one. The other thing I read was their machines are actually generally more expensive than the machines of some of their competitors -- another bad move. The ONLY way they can compete is by being much cheaper that Dell, Gateway etc. -- apparently, they are not. (That was from the thread -- I have not verified prices) Eric
