Al, I am pretty sure he was responding to inode's assertions that cruz is an american and obama may not be... I'm not so sure inode made that assertion, but whatever. The attention being given to "natural born citizen" is just way too much. I already asked the thread why it's so important for our president to be a "natural born citizen," other than, "Well the Constitution says so." No one could give me a good reason. Hence the only reason why we follow that rule these days is because it's there. Same reason why we continue to use the Electoral College to vote for the president, even though it led to GWBush winning over Al Gore. Tenchusatsu
