Thomas,

After reading the letter yesterday, I was a buyer yesterday as well. I hope and think you are right that we don't see less than 10 cents per share because the letter made it sound like things are on a faster track and that is why I added to my position yesterday. But if this drags out and the share price falters, I will probably add some under 10 cents if we get there.

As has been the case with my prognostications here for the last 7 years, I may be wrong again. I was hoping yesterdays court appearance would provide some kind of finality to these proceedings but as usual, it did not. It appears this will go on for a few more months, at the least. In any case, I suspect this will drop back to a dime or sub dime...AGAIN.
