Shades,

If you bought this stock based upon the fact that MK was bringing his Naysaying evidence to this thread, then you have only to look in the mirror to see who is to blame for the money you will probably wind up losing.

There are more Nays out here than one "caring broker". I've been stating from day one that this stock showed all of the classic signs of a likely SEC trading halt. You had excessive posting of exhuberant and unverifiable claims. You had the company presenting misrepresentative information and claiming incessantly that the "check was in the mail". And finally, you had a lack of progress in filing company financials of any type.

And if, in fact, what Tonto says is true about Lorie, then you have a managment lying to its own employees and representatives in order to cover their incompetence, and most likely, unscrupulous behavior.

Anyone called Morgan at home (I know some of you yeas have his home number)?? Is he there?? I sincerely hope that I'm wrong, but when the management is lying to the hired help, I think the odds of a Caribbean or South African exodus begin to rise.

I have no evidence and am not insinuating anything, but lying to company representatives is a clear sign that management is acting in a deliberate and devious manner suggesting criminality.

Regards,

Ron
