Corporate profile: syncronys.com Latest fy '98 (Nov 1997) 10-Q sec.yahoo.com This company has gone through a lot of cash and litigation (SoftRam '95 recall/subsequent stock price drop). This company should not be public, in our opinion, and or should be under a new management team. The web site itself is rather weak from many perspectives (no investor relations page but there is a picture of the architect responsible for their offices... syncronys.com ). If there is technology to be had SWEBF should pick it up as an asset sale. Company is overpriced and its marketcap is still > than SWEBFs!? Come on Rabins/Schneider...what's THAT all about?!
