Milk. Thanks! I can't help but wonder just how it so happens that this company that just happens to deal in assisting with acquiring capital etc. and also just happens that Patrick F. Charles is involved with FCP and WOTD... happened to "find" Jack Arnold and CVIA?? Just might make interesting reading. Could be okay? Just an inquiring mind here working overtime. Dusty

Milk, After reading all the info I e-mailed to you on P.F. Charles, I can't help but think there will be a reverse split. It would take a very large company or group of companies to absorb all the shares in float. It does appear that there is a possibility that the CVIA shell could be used to dump ALL of his business interests into, IMO, this is just a guess on my part. I would have liked to seen a higher credit rating. While satisfactory is better than poor, it is not as squeeky as it could be. But, time will tell. At any rate this dude has a finger in a LOT of pies and appears to have some useful connections. Keep digging folks it can't hurt a thing... Dusty
