thanks dubya!!!! The hypocrisy is blinding. In January 2001, the CBO projected that America would enjoy a " $5.61 trillion surpluses over the next 10 years, based on the fiscal outlook at the end of Clinton’s tenure. Bush destroyed that dream, and now Republicans blame... Democrats!
