Jason, I agree that a takeover at 2-3 times the earnings is realistic.
The recent slump could be explained by any of the following:

1. tax selling
2. people are just tired of this stock
3. earnings shortfall
4. stock market performance

In my recent post, I talked about excuses, and I just listed four of
them. The fact is, SHVA is not performing well. It may perform better next week, week after next or next year. It may even go to $20.
With float of about 30 million shares and about 10% short position, any good news will push the stock up sharply. However, the stock
sucks NOW.
