hillary said last 31 million people were uninsured, before Obama care 30 million were uninsured.
Got links? The statistics on the uninsured vary depending on how you count the numbers. For example:

1) Do you count those who were only insured for part of the year?

2) Do you count those who are only partially insured?

3) Do you count those who aren't permanent, legal residents?
