I never said that all superfund sites were the result of private entities. Now who's changing the topic? I never said or implied that you stated or believed any such thing. And the EPA was not responsible for any of them. Again changing the topic, which was not "superfund sites" but environmental harm. You are even defending the contamination at Love Canal. Not defending, showing how much of the harm was the result of government action.
