The 'big up in earnings' I was refering to is a price surge in the stock comming into earnings.......then back off a little after earnings.

It's going to float around like CKFR did in the early days till profits....or positive cash flows.

'see $50.' $50 on this one equates to 1.3 Billion.....try $100...XCIT EPS, when it comes in, will be giagantic compared to Yahoo! Yahoo! has 3 times the float and yeilds pennies...Excite will bring in nickles & dimes IMO. 1 Mil in revenues for Excite per Q is .25$ a year...same for Yahoo! is less than 10 cents. When and if this makes a difference XCIT will surpass Yahoo! on a $$ per Share Basis.

BTW doc.....the CKFR/INTU combination via Quicken.COM is going to make this Excite the most versitile full service financial site on the web by the end of 1998. If you noticed in INTU's annual report they are developing 'Channels' within Quicken.COM....you are going to have the 5B's and much more.
