CHIRODOC, You put your hand on something that I also value as highly as any numbers. I didn't mention it because it is more subjective. I believe the CEO is a real top notch entrepreneur. I have talked to him and especially value his Strategic Vision. His emphasis on quality control as witness his compensation system that weights customer satisfaction. His wiilingness to sacrifice short term y2K business for longer term competitive position are just two examples .I could go on and on. I spent the last 10 years of a 40 year business career evaluating business plans. I feel Satish Sanan is a top drawer player.
