I think we all share your take on Anon sales as being somehow related to PP's and/or insiders and it probably is 90% of the time. In EUO's case it's rather unlikely since the last PP dates back to September 2011 (14.8 Mil shares @ $0.10) which in turn corresponds with EUO's "darker" times. A time one of SI's esteemed members takes great pain ensuring that it shall never be forgotten even though those ties were severed years ago and the balance of known corresponding shareholdings was liberated in the Fall of 2014. BTW, something this esteemed member knows very well but for some reason chooses to forget from time to time.

Other than that, there aren't any "insiders" to speak of other than those reporting their trades and if you take a closer look at the trading over the last 6 months, Anon isn't really an "issue" with net sales of 5 Mil shares which were easily absorbed by the top 3 buying houses.
