HiDuane NorAm gaming has a total of 14 million outstanding shares and a public float of around 3.6million out of the 14 million approx 10 million are held by insiders and are friendly as of this date george himself owns 6 million shares and once you talk to him ( 1-313-888-1172)you will find this is not about money for him , like it is for most other OTC BB companies . the company has had some dilution over the past two years, they are a development stage company that has supported itself on the operation of 3 Bingo halls in florida , there is currently another BIngo hall about to come on - line but at this point it has not been talked about due to the other projects that exist . The main reason for any dilution has been the start- up of the venezualan lottery which has made financial demands on the company that needed to be handled, and could not be supported by the 3 bingo halls solely , it has been very minor to date .With the lottery coming on -line as we speak and expected revenues approx 15 days away and the constant expansion of this project . I expect that this company will no longer have to consider using stock. The current float is made up of approx 500 shareholders and their accounts appear to grow in size with every month. The group that has been posting on the Silicon Thread is a very friendly and well rounded research team , and i am proud to be a part of this team as well . After carefull consideration on my part i feel that this company will easily reach its projections. Once again the best part of this company is the dedication to its shareholders .
