John B:>>short debenture holders will cover just like any other short - when the price begins to recover. Waiting until the price approaches the conversion price makes no sense since during that wait, the gain on the short sale will slowly erode to zero. And as I recall the numbers, the debenture theory can mathematically explain only a small portion of the short position now out there. <<<<

Right on John. Mr. Master of the Universe Reckless 4.7 Million Share Short Man is short approaching ONE-HALF of the complete floating supply of this stock at an average cost of approximately $30!!!! A "run" on the stock caused by continuing strong fundamentals or a routine stock buyback program will snap the trap shut and cause convulsive pyrotechnics to the upside. Mr. Universe will be afraid to see losses which will begin immediately at the $30 level.

It will certainly get interesting, to say the least. As I've said before; any idiot with a check book can short 50% of the floating supply of a stock; avoiding losing money before the trade is concluded becomes much more problematical.

Good Luck To Each And All
