Tom, Sorry that I haven't been around to respond. From my notes on my call to Jim Sanregret at NWCA, the officers are: CEO - Chris Brogden(RCA's CEO/Pres) Pres- Derrel Tucker(RCA's Treas) COO - Jeff Andrews CFO - Jim Sanregret Others - Frank Kamma, Art Dellarosa, Tim Bolger I did talk to IHNI IR today, and Terence hasn't heard a thing from Reggie for a week, and he is getting tired of calling. There are a lot of big holders who are getting concerned, and are planning on flying down to Atlanta to physically talk to Reggie. I also gave him my feedback on the deal, which is that I would not have liked to have ever been a stockholder of RCA at any time in its past, based on the stock price, and their lack of profits for the last two years. Now with this lawsuit, and the naming of the offices, and their flight to NWCA, and its subsequent runup, I really don't want to get involved. I have much more faith in Reggie and Joe than these guys based on their track records. Now maybe RCA had losses due to factors beyond their control, but the statement that the auditing firm said that the past two years of returns were in error is a bit worrysome. I will hold on until I hear from Reggie. Talk to you later Kevin
