Bharti came in exact time GFI was brought into the company so his last days could also be when euo paid out almost a mil as the deal closed in 2016
23,820,582 was when Stan came in and when they come in they already owned lots of shares
when he left mid 2012
Shares Issued94,160,738 but some of these were clawed back to present around 90 mil

so in a nut shell its share structure is also sloppy thus why its traded millions back and forth

over a year ago Heinz and I asked to stop the non sense on stateside board to date it has not thus why it continues total non sense I agree

Euo Options exercised well they expire Feb 23 2016 1.4 mil of them if not exercised
