Joe, Interesting observation. I think others could give a more lengthy and detailed answer to that than I will or can, but I think that this company is not without a history of offers. I may be wrong but I think that if you were to talk to the people at OZON corporate office you would find that offers have been discussed in the past and that they were rejected because the management felt that the future was/is brighter than price/share a year or so ago when the opportunities for being a acquired were presented. Who knows, the subject might come up again in the future.

Joe-no one can be sure of anyones motives at any time under any circumstance. It's your responsibility to do your own research as best you can and make a decision based on that.I can tell you that I have found the info put out on this thread to be up front but how can I guarentee their motives? By the way, I'm one of those people that has a need to hear decenting views on this stock. To me, you have to deal with all possible negatives, and in doing so, have a basis for feeling positive, wheather or not the stock is being hyped. Things may be moving at a slower pace than we want but I'm in for the long haul and wish I had more to invest at this level.
