Thank you and happy new year, Gary. Not much returns at Natick, AMES on Saturdays. Line was 12 people deep. AMES needed accellerated schedule to handle dynamic changes in business. They did not have the program installed yet. Hope they will implement it early. Previously they just replenish from warehouse inventory. All stockholders should visit their nearest stores. After all, they own them, to see the disappearing stock and the product mix.

On returns, I have seen an assistant mgr. at Natick store gave back a women full price on a pair of (dirty old and used at least 1 year) running shoes. Such is life.
