The picture illustrates an actual event where Sanger spoke to a KKK group and in her own words that meeting resulted in many more invitations to similar groups. That said if I'm satisfied that the picture is not genuine, I probably will remove it.

Besides bring a Racist, Sanger was one of the most destructive influences in the last century and is responsible for more deaths of innocent Human Beings than Stalin and Hitler combined. Another pet project of hers was to sew sexual debauchery as a means to destroy the family as a basic unit of society.

Do you know anything about the Eugenics movement of which, Sanger was the main Cheerleader?
