I've been taking some long positions on small-caps recently. This is the first time I've done this in a while. I'm positioning myself for when the year-end selling stops. However, I'm not extended as the asian markets could/should still haunt the general markets. I also bought some MDCO on friday for $ 19.00. I was hoping the IBD article would pop it up some. I decided to hold because it did not look quite as weak as it had been looking. Also, after Dec 31, I'm wondering if it will show some strength since tax selling season will be over. VALUESPEC
