One other thing that might be pointed out in reference to their release of eps -- there is only one definition, to my knowledge, of eps -- therefor, if they are putting out bogus information they will be facing many problems, not the least of which is a lot of shareholders who will kill their stock price. (Others would include lawsuits and investigations of various sorts.) I seriously doubt this compnay is that stupid -- but greed is an interesting motivator in many cases. Take that for what it is worth -- at least these guys have the gonads to put it in back and white for the whole world to see. Eric

An audit would not be necessary to issue 3q results. My only point is if you know the EPS, you also have detemined all the the relevant income statement data. Why not release it? Also, the finance subsidiary monthly net income was calculated to the penny. Why not disclose the tremendous revenue growth of this new operation?. I am not stating that FAMH has published incorrect or false data, but that their press releases are unusual when compared to other companies and perhaps this is one reason that the stock price is not valued properly.
